Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board approved revised record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the Interim Dividend i.e. Tuesday, 22 February 2022.

Accordingly, interim dividend shall be paid to the equity shareholders whose name beneficial owners the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of Depositories as of the shares as on Tuesday, 22nd February 2022.
