(SZSE:300080) agreed to acquire additional 11% stake in Henan Pingmei Sunshine Energy Technology Co., Ltd. from Xinxiang Zhilian Power Supply Partnership (general partnership) and Fengze Urban Development Co., Ltd. for CNY 0, on August 25, 2021. For the year ended on June 30, 2021, Henan Pingmei Sunshine Energy reported total assets of CNY 150 million, Net assets of CNY 80 million and net loss of CNY 0.006139 million.
