Re: The 6th reduction of registered capital of Hemaraj Industrial Property and
Leasehold Fund (revised)
MFC Asset Management Public Company Limited as the Management Company of Hemaraj
Industrial Property and Leasehold Fund ("the Fund") has notified to the Stock
Exchange of Thailand on February 28, 2022 regarding the reduction of a
registered capital from par value of Baht 9.408 to par value of Baht 9.306. The
book closing date for the right to receive the capital reduction was on March
15, 2022 and the payment was paid to the unitholders on March 29, 2022.
Later on March 29, 2022 the Management Company has issued a letter No.
KorTorRor. 163/2022 notified to the Office of the Securities and Exchange
Commission ("Office of the SEC") for the reduction of a registered capital in
the amount of Baht 47,940,000 from the previous registered capital of Baht
4,421,760,000 by reducing the par value of Baht 0.102 per unit, resulting in the
remaining registered capital of Baht 4,373,820,000.
On April 4, 2022 the Office of the SEC has issued a letter No. JorTor-3.
102/2022 acknowledged the 6th reduction of a registered capital.
