Following its announcements dated 10.12.2020, 29.01.2021 and 08.02.2021, regarding the submission and development of the mandatory Tender Offer (hereinafter
the "Tender Offer") which the company under the name "NEWCO UNITED GROUP HELLAS S.A.R.L." (hereinafter the "Offeror") had addressed to all the holders of
ordinary, registered, dematerialized shares of the Company with voting rights, of a nominal value of € 0.30 each, "HELLENIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS & TELEMATICS APPLICATIONS SOCIETE ANONYME" (hereinafter the "Company") informs the investing public that today, on 03.03.2021, the results of the Tender Offer were published with the Offeror's care, pursuant to article 23 of L. 3461/2006.
According to the Offeror's announcement, upon completion of the off-exchange transfer of the Offered Shares, the Offeror and the Persons acting in concert will directly and indirectly hold 332,668,582 Shares representing approximately 96.83% of the total paid-up share capital and voting rights of the Company. The relevant announcement of the Offeror is available on the website of the Athens Exchange (www.helex.gr).
The present announcement is published in accordance with art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 (MAR) and the Stock Exchange Regulation, as it stands.
