Subject: Withdrawal of interest of Mr Kyriacos Riris to be appointed as Member of the Board of Directors of Hellenic Bank Public Company Limited

Further to the announcement of Hellenic Bank Public Company Limited (the "Bank"), dated 23rd June 2021, regarding the decisions of the 47th Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Bank and, specifically, regarding the election of Mr Kyriakos Riris as Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Bank, Hellenic Bank announces that it has been notified by Mr K. Riris that he has withdrawn his interest to be appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Bank, for personal / professional reasons.
