HDFC Asset Management Company Limited announced appointment of Mr. Sanjay Bhandarkar, Mr. Dhruv Kaji, Mr. Jairaj Purandare as Independent Directors (Additional Director) on the Board of Directors of the company for a period of 5 years effective October 31, 2018, subject To Approve the shareholders of the company. Sanjay Bhandarkar is Senior Advisor to Rothschild India and has over 25 years of corporate finance advisory and investment banking experience in the country. In November 2017, he joined the orporate advisory board of the Sanmar Group in Chennai. Dhruv Subodh Kaji has work experience of more than 35 years. He is currently an advisor, evaluating and guiding business projects, strategies and organizational development, both in India and abroad. Jairaj (Jai) Purandare is the Founder Chairman of JMP Advisors Pvt Ltd, a leading advisory, tax and regulatory services firm, based in Mumbai, India. Jai has three and half decades of experience in tax and business advisory matters and is an authority on tax and regulation. Jai is an Independent Director on the Boards of two listed
companies.
