Sanjay Madhu to Resign as an Officer and Employee of HCI Group, Inc., Effective from June 30, 2013

Sanjay Madhu, board member, president of HCI Group, Inc.'s Greenleaf real estate division and vice president of investor relations, has notified of his intention to resign as an officer and employee of the company effective June 30, 2013. He will remain a director of the company.
