Harte Hanks, Inc. announced that Shirish R. Lal resigned from the company, effective on or about January 31, 2018. Mr. Lal has served as the company's Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer. The company does not intend to replace Mr. Lal, and will divide Mr. Lal's responsibilities among the company's Chief Executive Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Financial Officer.
