Sunjin Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A136490) agreed to acquire Sunjin Farmsco Co., Ltd. from Harim Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A003380) for KRW 39.6 billion on November 27, 2018. Sunjin Farmsco Co., Ltd. reported total assets of KRW 21.9 billion and total capital of KRW 14.7 billion as at December 31, 2017. For the year ended December 31, 2017, Sunjin Farmsco Co., Ltd. reported sales of KRW 39.3 billion and net income of KRW 3.5 billion. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Sunjin Co.,Ltd. and Harim Holdings Co., Ltd. on November 27, 2018. The transaction is expected to close on November 28, 2018. As per the amended terms, deal is expected to close on December 31, 2018. As of December 28, 2018, the transaction is expected to be completed on March 31, 2019. As per the amended terms, deal is expected to close on April 30, 2019. As of April 29, 2019, under the new amendment, completion is expected to take place on June 30, 2019.
