Extension of the Hargreave Hale AIM VCT 2 Tender Offer and Enhanced Share Buy Back
Hargreave Hale AIM VCT 2 plc (the "Company") gives notice that the Hargreave Hale AIM VCT 2 Tender Offer and the associated Enhanced Share Buy Back (such terms being defined as set out in the Circular to shareholders published by the Company on 29 February 2012) have been extended to 5pm on 31 August 2012 or such earlier date on which the directors of the Company may resolve to close the Hargreave Hale AIM VCT 2 Tender Offer and Enhanced Share Buy Back. The timetable for participation in the Tender Offer and Enhanced Share Buyback in the 2011/2012 tax year is unchanged and will close on 30 March 2012.
