Notice regarding Acquisition of the Company's own shares
(Under the provisions of Articles of Incorporation pursuant to
Article 165 (2) of the Corporation Law of Japan)
Hanwa Co., Ltd. ("Hanwa") hereby announces that the Board of Directors meeting held on May 10, 2024 resolved the acquisition of its own shares under Article 156 of the Corporation Law of Japan, as applied pursuant to Article 165 (3) of the Corporation Law, as follows;
Reason
To promote return to shareholders and improve capital efficiency.
