Hansteen Holdings plc (LSE:HSTN) acquired a portfolio of seven multi-let Industrial estates from Endeavour Capital Limited and its fund, Endeavour i-cap Fund for €24.5 million effective January 7, 2013. Hansteen paid the consideration from its existing cash resources. The properties in the portfolio have a combined rent roll of €2.6 million a year.

Jeremy Carey and Amy Walker of Tavistock Communications acted as public relations advisors to Hansteen in the transaction. Lutz Huelsdunk of Jones Day Gouldens acted as legal advisor to Hansteen Holdings.
