Hui-Yong Lee, Jin-Wook Hwang and others acquired 46.63% stake in Hansol Healthcare Co., Ltd. from Hansol PNS Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A010420) and Storm Ventures LLC for approximately KRW 930 million on November 4, 2013. Hui-Yong Lee is acquiring 0.5 million shares and Jin-Wook Hwang is acquiring 0.5 million shares for KRW 500 per share. Hansol PNS Co.,Ltd. is selling 0.5 million shares and Storm Ventures LLC is selling 1.37 million shares of Hansol Healthcare Co., Ltd.
Hui-Yong Lee, Jin-Wook Hwang and others completed the acquisition of 46.63% stake in Hansol Healthcare Co., Ltd. from Hansol PNS Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A010420) and Storm Ventures LLC on November 4, 2013.
Hansol PNS Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the distribution of paper products. The Company mainly operates in three business segments: paper products distribution segment, which distributes printing paper, paper board, newspaper paper products and other paper products; information technology (IT) service segment, which provides integrated system construction and maintenance services, and packaging segment, which manufactures cardboards used as packaging materials. On July 1, 2013, the Company merged with Hansolpaper Merchandising Co.,Ltd, a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the paper sales. After the merger, the Company survives and Hansolpaper Merchandising Co.,Ltd was dissolved.
