Hanover Bancorp, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended June 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported net interest income was USD 13.51 million compared to USD 14.82 million a year ago. Net income was USD 3.09 million compared to USD 5.33 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.42 compared to USD 0.81 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.42 compared to USD 0.8 a year ago.
For the nine months, net interest income was USD 42.69 million compared to USD 44.83 million a year ago. Net income was USD 11.64 million compared to USD 17.73 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.59 compared to USD 2.97 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.57 compared to USD 2.92 a year ago.
