Hankyu REIT, Incorporated reported unaudited earnings results for the period from June 1, 2015 to November 30, 2015. For the period, the company reported operating revenues of JPY 4,875 million, operating income of JPY 1,961 million, ordinary income of JPY 1,566 million and profit of JPY 1,565 million as compared to operating revenues of JPY 4,842 million, operating income of JPY 1,939 million, ordinary income of JPY 1,535 million and profit of JPY 1,534 million for the same period a year ago. Cash flows from operating activities were JPY 2,787 million.
The company provided earnings guidance for the fiscal period from December 1, 2015 to May 31, 2016. For the period, the company expects operating revenues of JPY 4,843 million, operating income of JPY 1,948 million, ordinary income of JPY 1,555 million and profit of JPY 1,553 million.
The company announced cash distribution of JPY 2,620 per unit payable from Feb. 17, 2016.
