Hankyu Hanshin REIT, Inc. provided earnings guidance for the period ending May 31, 2021 and for the period ending November 30, 2021. For the period ending May 31, 2021, the company expects operating revenue of JPY 5,801 million, operating income of JPY 2,386 million, and net income of JPY 2,057 million or distribution per unit of JPY 2,960.
For the period ending November 30, 2021, the company expects operating revenue of JPY 5,888 million, operating income of JPY 2,409 million, and net income of JPY 2,071 million or distribution per unit of JPY 2,980.
