Hangzhou Todaytec Digital Co., Ltd (SZSE:300743) signed an agreement to acquire remaining 20% stake in Todaytec India Private Limited for INR 21 million recently. Hangzhou Todaytec will acquire 0.7 million shares, representing 20% stake in Todaytec. Post the transaction, Hangzhou Todaytec Digital will hold 100 stake in Todaytec India Private Limited. Hangzhou Todaytec Digital has total assets of INR 100.9 million as on October 31, 2019. The transaction does not need to submitted to the Board of Directors and shareholders of Hangzhou Todaytec for review and approval, as the transaction already received approval from the Chairman of Board of Direcotrs of Hangzhou Todaytec.

The Company operates through two main segments. The Main Business segment is mainly engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sales of thermal transfer charcoal products. The Companyâs main products include barcode ribbons, coded ribbons, fax ribbons and water transfer ribbons. The Other Business segment is mainly involved in the sales of sales labels, bar code printers and others, as well as other ancillary products of ribbon products.
