It operates a hybrid restaurant ownership model, with a mix of corporate and franchised restaurants. In Australia, it has about 185 restaurants, including 62 corporate owned and operated restaurants and 123 franchise owned and operated restaurants, of which 10 restaurants are owned and operated by a South Australian master franchisee.
