ANNOUNCEMENT

CLOSURE OF H SHARE REGISTER

FOR 2020 FINAL DIVIDENDS

Reference is made to the circular of Guolian Securities Co., Ltd. (the "Company") dated 1 April 2021 in relation to (among others) the profit distribution plan for the year 2020.

In order to determine the H shareholders entitled to receive the final dividends for the year 2020, which is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the annual general meeting, the register of members of the Company will be closed from Saturday, 15 May 2021 to Thursday, 20 May 2021 (both days inclusive). The final dividends will be distributed to shareholders whose names appear on the H share register of members of the Company as at the close of business on Thursday, 20 May 2021. In order to qualify for receiving such dividends, all transfer documents accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company's H share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at Shops 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, 14 May 2021 by holders of H shares for registration.
