ANNOUNCEMENT OF UNAUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE SECOND QUARTER AND HALF YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2013 OF SUBSIDIARY - GUOCOLEISURE LIMITED THIS IS NOT THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE FINANCIAL RESULTS OF GUOCO GROUP LIMITED ("GUOCO"). THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS MADE BY GUOCO PURSUANT TO PART XIVA OF THE SECURITIES AND FUTURES ORDINANCE AND RULE 13.09(2)(a) OF THE LISTING RULES TO PROVIDE SHAREHOLDERS OF GUOCO WITH FINANCIAL INFORMATION ON A LISTED SUBSIDIARY OF GUOCO, GUOCOLEISURE LIMITED, WHICH HAS ANNOUNCED ON 17 JANUARY 2014 ITS UNAUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE SECOND QUARTER AND HALF YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2013.

GuocoLeisure Limited ("GuocoLeisure"), a subsidiary of Guoco, whose shares are primarily listed on Singapore Exchange
Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") (with secondary listing on New Zealand Exchange Limited), has announced on 17
January 2014 the unaudited financial results of GuocoLeisure and its subsidiaries ("GuocoLeisure Group") for the second quarter and half year ended 31 December 2013. The summary of the unaudited financial results of the GuocoLeisure Group for the
second quarter and half year ended 31 December 2013 together with the comparative figures of the previous corresponding
financial periods are provided below:
