This in reference to your email dated 21st October, 2022 sought clarification regarding the disclosure made on 18th October, 2022 in respect of appointment of Mr. Jay Shah (DIN 0009761969) as an Additional and Whole- time Director of the Company w.e.f. 01st November, 2022 subject to approval of the Shareholders by way of Postal Ballot, we hereby confirmed that Mr. Jay Shah is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.

Plants. His previous assignment was with Paushak Limited and
prior to it, he was associated with Deepak Phenolics Limited and
Reliance Industries Limited.

The Company's refrigerants products include R22, R32, R407C and R410A.
