Promociones Ganeran XXI has awarded EBA the contract for the construction of La Arena Residential Development, consisting of 28 luxury semi-detached single-family housing units in an incomparable setting. The project includes spaces distributed in basement, ground floor and first floor, as well as spacious terraces and gardens.
Thanks to the privileged location of the development, on La Arena Beach, the homes will be staggered in different lines so as to absorb the differences in level, ensuring that all the housing units enjoy spectacular views of the sea and the beach.
