Groupe Crit announced group earnings results for the first half ended June 2016. For the first half, the company reported revenues of EUR 918.6 million against EUR 1,024.5 million a year ago. Current operating income was EUR 42.7 million against EUR 45.4 million a year ago. Operating income was EUR 42.8 million against EUR 42.2 million a year ago. Financial income net was EUR 5.9 million against negative financial income of EUR 0.2 million a year ago. Profit before tax was EUR 49.9 million against EUR 41.9 million a year ago. Net profit was EUR 34.5 million against EUR 29.6 million a year ago. Net profit group share was EUR 33.0 million against EUR 29.4 million a year ago. At end of June 2016, with a cashflow (before change in working capital, cost of net debt & income tax) was EUR 36 million.

In view of this successful first semester, the group remains confident for the second half of the year. This confidence is reinforced by the level of its activities in July and August which continue to outperform the staffing market with a strong organic growth. The group confirmed its objective to exceed EUR 2 billion in revenue in 2016.
