Greenvolt - Energias Renováveis, S.A. (ENXTLS:GVOLT) agreed to acquire Kent Renewable Energy Plant from Copenhagen Infrastructure II K/S, managed by Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners P/S, and Burmeister & Wain Scandinavian Contractor A/S on June 24, 2024. The transaction is expected to close by October 2024. Rothschild & Co SCA acted as financial advisor and Herbert Smith Freehills LLP acted as legal advisor for Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners P/S.
