Oslo, Norway – 4 June 2024 – Mr Hans Christian Anderson, Board member, has purchased 5,000 shares in Green Minerals AS at a price of NOK 7.64 per share. Following this transaction Mr Anderson owns 5,000 shares, representing approximately 0.04% of the outstanding shares in the Company.
