Oslo, Norway27 June 2024 – Reference is made to the Ministry of Energy's press release on June 26, 2024. Green Minerals AS ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all our prioritized areas submitted for nomination are included in the proposed announcement for the first licensing round on marine minerals on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. A total of 386 blocks are suggested for announcement, with a public hearing deadline set for September 26, 2024. The suggested acreage holds significant potential for large discoveries of high-grade copper and other critical mineral deposits.

The Company expects to submit its license applications in Q1 2025 with awards some time in 1H 2025.
