An undisclosed buyer agreed to acquire Korea High Tech Co., Ltd. from Green Cross Cell corporation (KOSDAQ:A031390) for KRW 2.6 billion on September 7, 2017. As per terms, 0.1 million shares of Korea High Tech Co., Ltd. representing 100% stake will be sold. The Board of Directors of Green Cross Cell corporation resolved the deal on September 7, 2017. The deal is expected to close on September 7, 2017.

The Company operates in two business divisions: IT segment and biotechnology segment. Its IT segment exports computer peripherals to overseas markets, such as liquid crystal display (LCD) monitors. Its biotechnology segment provides immune cell therapy, immune cell cryopreservation service and cord blood cryopreservation service. Through its subsidiaries, it also involves in the manufacture of electronic components, including industrial tapes and others. On April 9, 2013, it changed its name to GREEN CROSS CELL CORPORATION from INNOCELL CORPORATION.
