Gray Television, Inc. completed the acquisition of KTVF, KXDD and KFXF in Fairbanks, Alaska from Tanana Valley Television Company and Chena Broadcasting, LLC.

Gray Television, Inc. (NYSE:GTN) entered into an agreement to acquire KTVF (NBC), KXDD (CBS) and KFXF (FOX) in Fairbanks, Alaska from Tanana Valley Television Company and Chena Broadcasting, LLC for $8 million on November 7, 2016. The transaction will be funded using cash on hand. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close in the first or second quarter of 2017. The transaction will be immediately cash flow accretive. Gray Television, Inc.
