Grand Peace Group Holdings Limited appointed Mr. Huang Hongbin as an Independent Non-executive Director, Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee and the chairman of the Nomination Committee with effect from 1 August 2018. Mr. Huang is currently the General Manager of DongGuan LongXin Digital Technology Co. Ltd. and the Technical Director of G-Cloud Technology Corp. Mr. Huang has over 30 years' experience in technology field and management.
