Golf Do Co., Ltd. (NSE:3032) agreed to acquire Six "Golf Do!" Branches of Golf Do Kyushu, K.K. for ¥160 million on October 26, 2020. Under the terms of the transaction, Golf Do Co., Ltd. will acquire Fukuoka Arita store (Fukuoka city, Fukuoka prefecture), Kasuga store (Kasuga city, Fukuoka prefecture), Sagakita store (Saga city, Saga prefecture), Kumamoto Minami Store (Kumamoto City, Kumamoto Prefecture), Kikuyo Bypass Store (Kikuyo Town, Kikuchi District, Kumamoto Prefecture) and Higashi Oita Store (Oita City, Oita Prefecture). Six "Golf Do!" Branches reported total revenues of ¥528 million for the fiscal ended March 2020. The transaction is resolved by the Board of Golf Do Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to close on November 1, 2020. The impact of this matter on the current business results is currently under scrutiny.
