Golden Matrix Group, Inc. Board of Directors appointed Mr. Murray G. Smith as Director of the company. Mr. Smith’s appointment will be effective August 1, 2020. Murray G. Smith is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with over twenty-seven years’ accounting and finance leadership experience. Mr. Smith currently serves as the Divisional Chief Financial Officer of Craft Canning + Bottling, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eastside Distilling, Inc.
