Golden Developing Solutions, Inc. entered into an Asset Purchase and Sale Agreement to acquire Certain assets currently utilized in the operation of Jai Chamunda New Hudson LLC for $1.4 million.

Golden Developing Solutions, Inc. (OTCPK:DVLP) entered into an Asset Purchase and Sale Agreement to acquire Certain assets currently utilized in the operation of Jai Chamunda New Hudson LLC for $1.4 million on September 28, 2022. The purchase price under the APA is $1,350,000, which shall include inventory of $450,000, Rx Data of $890,000 and memberÆs non-compete contribution of $10,000. Following Closing, the acquired Assets located at the Premise will be transferred to Orchard Trails Pharmacy, purchased by the Buyer on October 14th , 2022.

The closing of the transactions provided for in this Agreement shall occur on or before October 31, 2022.
