GMM Pfaudler Ltd Approves Third Interim Dividend for the Year 2016-17, Payable on or Before February 20, 2017

GMM Pfaudler Ltd. announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on January 24, 2017, have considered and approved the payment of third interim dividend at INR 0.70 per share of 14,617,500 equity shares of INR 2 each, aggregating to INR 10,232,250 for the year 2016-17 was approved. The date of payment as on or before February 20, 2017.
