Globe Trade Centre : Justina Ivan appointed as GTC office leasing director

Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC), one of the leading commercial real estate companies in Central, Eastern and Southern Europe, has appointed Justina Ivan as Office Leasing Director Poland with immediate effect.

Ms. Ivan has extensive multi-disciplinary managerial experience and knowledge spanning all aspects of commercial property management due to having held various positions within the GTC group in the CEE region since 2008. She worked for 3 years in Romania as Head of Sales and Marketing before moving on to become Asset Manager of GTC`s Galleria shopping center chain. Subsequently, she spent a year working in Bulgaria, where she took over the responsibility for all the aspects of Galleria Stara Zagora and stabilized the shopping center`s position by developing a long-term strategy and creating a permanent management team.

Afterwards, Ms. Ivan was appointed Head of Commercial Leasing in the Czech Republic, where she served for 4 years. Among her many successes, she achieved full occupancy and stabilization of the Harfa Office Park, concluding lease transactions with ING Bank, LG Electronics, Canon, TNS Aisa and the Czech Ministry of Education.

As Office Leasing Director in Poland, she will be heading the leasing team being responsible for all aspects in the commercialization process of GTC`s growing assets portfolio.

Ms. Ivan holds a bachelor`s degree in law and is fluent in English, German, Dutch and Romanian.
