Global Health Limited announced that it has secured two significant contracts for Homeless Healthcare (WA) and Peninsula Health (VIC) for the implementation of a range of MasterCare solutions which include, MasterCare Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and cloud hosting. Homeless Healthcare continues the Company's momentum in Western Australia joining Waratah, St John of God Outreach Services, Chorus and the Western Australian Mental Health Commission who utilize a statewide solution. These two key contracts amount to a collective value of $249,033 in annual recurring revenue and $74,250 in professional services.

These contracts continue to highlight the strong sales pipeline underway which the Company has developed over the past 12 months and the strong support expressed in the industry leading healthcare solutions that Global Health provides to its customers. Perth's largest provider of primary healthcare services to people who are homeless or marginally housed, Homeless Healthcare, will utilize the MasterCare EMR and cloud hosted solution. EMR will provide the ability for Homeless Healthcare to streamline patient workflows, practice management, manage intake and referral management, create care plans and collect consistent data for different state and national funding models.

To further expand the relationship with Global Health, Peninsula Health are deploying a cloud hosting solution for their existing EMR capabilities. The Global Health hosting solution delivers a highly secure solution in data centers that comprise part of the Australian Government's National Critical Infrastructure Program. Data centers used by key Federal Government departments and providing Sovereign data guarantees and exceptional levels of uptime and security.
