The Natural Resource Development and Investment segment is primarily engaged in the investment in the development of oil and gas in Louisiana, the United States. The Food segment is mainly engaged in the sale of food in food supermarkets and the wholesale of food to distributors. The Environment segment is engaged in the sale of light-emitting diode (LED) lighting equipment, LED disaster prevention lighting equipment, and the rental of LED floodlight. On April 19, 2013, it fully acquired an Osaka-based company techno media inc. On August 19, 2013, the Company spun off its VEGESTA restaurant operation business into a new established Tokyo-based subsidiary. On November 12, 2013, it established a Tokyo-based wholly owned subsidiary, engaged in the food business and wholesale business.
