Glass House Brands Inc. provided revenue guidance for the third and fourth quarter of 2022. Glass House Brands Inc. announced that with the commercial startup of the SoCal farm and full quarter of PLUS edibles, the company is providing revenue guidance for the third quarter. In the third quarter, the company expects to achieve revenues of between $27 Million and $30 Million for the quarter which is a 64% to 82% increase vs. second quarter of this year.  This assumes the wholesale pricing they are currently experiencing in the third quarter remains constant through the balance of the quarter. 

For the fourth quarter, revenue target is $50 Million and assumes fourth quarter wholesale pricing remains consistent with third quarter and includes revenue from NHC acquisition as well as a partial quarter for new Farmacy stores.
