In connection with the Resolution No 40/2017 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board of 13 January 2017, the Warsaw Stock Exchange hereby notifies that in accordance with the completion of the share split operation, the trading in shares of UNICREDIT S.p.A. with its registered office in Rome quoted under an abbreviated name 'UNICREDIT' and a ticker 'UCG', will be re-opened as of 26 January 2017.
After the restoration of trading, the shares of UNICREDIT S.p.A. in the number of 617,781,817 and without nominal value, will be quoted under new ISIN code - IT0005239360.
