Resolution No.34/2012
of the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A.
dated 11 January 2012
on declaring non-executed broker's orders for shares in
DREWEX S.A. in bankruptcy with liquidation property listed
on the WSE Main List null and void
§ 1
In relation to adding of shares in DREWEX S.A. in
bankruptcy with liquidation property to the LIST OF ALERTS
segment, the WSE Management Board acting pursuant to § 5.2
of the Chapter VI of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in
conjunction with § 3.1, Chapter VII of the Detailed
Exchange Trading Rules, resolves that the broker's orders
for the shares in company DREWEX S.A. in bankruptcy with
liquidation property (coded as "PLDREWX00012"), transferred
to the stock exchange, but not executed to the end of the
day 13 January 2012, are declared null and void.
§ 2
The Resolution comes into force upon its adoption.

It is a parent entity of WSE Group that offers products and services within its trading markets of equity, derivate, fixed income and structured products. It also distributes market data. The Company has two business lines: Financial market, which includes trading in equities, derivatives, fixed-income and other instruments, listing, and information services; and Commodity market, which includes trading in electricity and property rights in certificates of origin, operation of a register of certificates of origin, clearing, trade and technical trade operator services. As of December 31, 2011, it operates two wholly owned subsidiaries, WSEInfoEngine SA, providing data transmission and information services; and Instytut Rynku Kapitalowego WSE Research SA, engaged in publishing; as well as 92.47%-owned BondSpot SA.
