Resolution No. 109/2013
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 29 January 2013

concerning the admission to operate on the Exchange of the company DOM INWESTYCYJNY INVESTORS S.A.

§ 1

Pursuant to § 60.2.1), § 61, § 65.1 and § 72.1 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to admit DOM INWESTYCYJNY INVESTORS S.A. to operate on the Exchange as an exchange member with the scope of operation in trading in securities and derivative instruments on client's account.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
