Resolution No. 7/2015
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 7 January 2015

concerning the introduction to exchange trading in the WSE Main List
of rights to series B bearer ordinary shares
of the company DEKPOL S.A.

§ 1

Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules and § 2.1 of Division 4 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP, the WSE Management Board resolves as follows:

1) to introduce as of 8 January 2015 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading in the parallel market 1,952,549 rights to series B bearer ordinary shares of the company DEKPOL S.A. a par value PLN 1 each, conditional on the registration of the rights to series B shares and their coding as "PLDEKPL00040" by the National Depository for Securities on 8 January 2015;

2) to list the rights to bearer ordinary shares of the company DEKPOL S.A., mentioned in point 1), in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name "DEKPOL-PDA" and the code "DEKA".

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
