Resolution No. 94/2015
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 26 January 2015

concerning the admission to exchange trading in the WSE Main List of
series B, C, D and E bearer ordinary shares
of the company "BIOMED-LUBLIN" WYTWÓRNIA SUROWIC
I SZCZEPIONEK S.A.

§ 1

Pursuant to § 3.1, § 3.2, § 3.5 and § 3.6 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to admit to exchange trading in the main market as of 30 January 2015 the following bearer ordinary shares of the company "BIOMED-LUBLIN" WYTWÓRNIA SUROWIC I SZCZEPIONEK S.A. a par value PLN 0.10 each:

1) 5,012,853 series B shares,
2) 848,330 series C shares,
3) 7,712,080 series D shares,
4) 5,700,000 series E shares.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
