BMI Hospitality Services Limited made a tender offer to acquire 7.31% stake in Gexeed Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:3719) for approximately ¥180 million on January 31, 2019. BMI Hospitality will pay ¥130 per share for each of Gexeed share. At Gexeed Co., Ltd.'s Board of Directors meeting held on February 13, 2019, it was resolved to retain the opinion on the tender offer. The offer commenced from January 31, 2019. The tender offer period shall be from January 31, 2019 to April 15, 2019. As of February 13, 2019, TMI Associates was appointed as a legal advisor by Gexeed Co., Ltd.
