On July 27, 2021, GEX Management, Inc. announced that Sri Vanamali plans to transition to the role of President effective immediately and will continue to serve as a member of the board. Joseph Frontiere will succeed Mr. Vanamali as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Frontiere currently serves as the Executive Chairman of 27 Health, LLC and brings with him extensive experience as a business development executive focusing on financing and acquisitions in the public market. Prior to that, Mr. Frontiere served as the Chief Executive Officer of Lord Global, Inc.
