Geveko's seasonal financing 2014

As previously stated in Year End release dated 24 February 2014 and press release 3 April
2014, the group needs to retain and extend existing credits as well as obtain additional seasonal credits to finance the build-up of working capital ahead of the 2014 contracting season.
Geveko is engaged in a business with wide seasonal variations. The short-term seasonal credit need is expected to amount to SKr 90-95 million, which is somewhat higher in relation to the previous year.
In the Report of Directors, published on 3 April 2014, it is stated that SKr 77 million of the seasonal credit needs, expected to amount to a total of SKr 90-95 million, have been secured.
Geveko has, by 17 April, also secured the remaining needs through a loan from one of the

company's banks.

As part of the discussions with the company's creditors, the company reviews the options to strengthen its financial position. This may lead to strengthening the capital base through, for example, a rights issue in parallel with the development of strategic partnerships and co- operations. The result of these efforts is expected to be announced before the end of Q2.
