The transaction will involve participation from existing investor, Genians, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A263860). The transction has been approved by the board of directors of the investor. The company reported total assets of KRW 314,000,000, total liabilities of KRW 8,000,000, net loss of KRW 768,000,000 for the year ended December 31, 2017.
