General Motors, Mexico economy ministry talk EV production - ministry

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - General Motors discussed plans to produce only electric vehicles at its Ramos Arizpe plant in northern Mexico, the country's economy ministry said in a tweet on Tuesday, following a meeting with the U.S. carmaker.
