PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES
Rome, January, 20 2016 - Pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholders' Meeting of 23rd April 2015, Gruppo Editoriale L'Espresso S.p.A. announces that, between January 11, 2016 and January 15, 2016, it acquired 84,000 of its own shares at an average price of 0.8943 euros per share, for a total of about 75,000 euros.
