On 08.07.2016, Skopje was hit by stormy weather, with heavy rainfall, whereas the most affected areas were Sindelic, Stajkovci and Smilkovci.
In the affected areas was caused enormous material damage, thousands of houses were demolished, the roads were flooded, and the traffic was disabled.
For that purpose, GD Granit AD Skopje, as a socially responsible company, donated 2.974.696,92 MKD for engaging of construction mechanization and work force for cleaning the flooded areas, which was the priority goal in order to prevent the spreading of diseases and curbs - product of GD Granit AD for preventing the strip of the flooded streets.
