(Alliance News) - Gas Plus Spa on Wednesday disclosed that it has appointed Stefano Cao as chairman of the board of directors and Davide Usberti as chief executive officer, granting proxies and powers.
Gas Plus on Wednesday closed 0.8 percent in the red at EUR2.48 per share.
